After outgrowing their original facility, the City of Malvern chose Ideal Construction as the General Contractor for a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of an existing building to house the new Malvern Police Department.

The 18,000-square-foot facility was designed to include city council chambers and a sally port, ensuring functionality for both administrative and law enforcement purposes.

The renovation project was completed on schedule, and the first city council meeting was held in the new space in December 2022—marking a new chapter for the city’s public services.
