Union County selected Ideal Construction to renovate approximately 12,965 square feet on the first floor of the 1971 addition to the former Warner Brown Hospital. The updated space now serves as a modern hub for the community, featuring:

- A fully operational 911 call center

- An emergency management center

- A new morgue

- Other essential community services

The project also included exterior repairs to improve both the appearance and structural integrity of the building, as well as the development of secure parking facilities to enhance safety and accessibility. Preparations were made to accommodate future expansions, ensuring the facility can continue to meet the evolving needs of the community.
