Ideal Construction was selected by the Magnolia School District to manage three major projects simultaneously:

- A new Auxiliary Gym

- A new 9th Grade Academy

- A new Performing Arts Center

The crown jewel of this initiative was the 32,000-square-foot Performing Arts Center, now jointly used by the School District and the City of Magnolia for plays, concerts, and community events.

At the heart of the facility is a 1,000-seat auditorium, featuring a state-of-the-art lighting and AV system that positions it as a premier performance venue in South Arkansas. This exceptional project earned the 2022 ABC Excellence in Construction Award, highlighting Ideal Construction’s dedication to excellence and its lasting impact on the Magnolia community.
